The recovery phase is an important part of any training or competition. Athletes are advised to consume 1.0-1.5 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight in the first 30 minutes after exercising in order to replenish the glycogen stores that have been depleted by long-term endurance sports.

Mix 4 level measuring spoons (50 g) with 250 ml of water. Shake vigorously. Drink within 30 minutes of aerobic exercise.
