Vegetarian Kibe With Fiber Powder


  • 1 and 1/2 cup cooked chickpea tea
  • 1 cup of wheat tea for kebab
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 4 tbsp Fiber Powder
  • 1 medium grated carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Cumin powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Put the kebab wheat in a bowl and pour the hot water over it. Soak until tender (about 15 minutes). Process the chickpeas in a blender with 50ml of water until it forms a homogeneous paste. In a large bowl, place the chickpeas, hydrated wheat, carrots, garlic, onion, mint, lemon, olive oil, tahini and Fiber Powder, and season with salt and cumin to taste. . Mix well. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil or olive oil and add the mixture. Bake for about 1 hour or until sides are lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
