SALMON WITH CREST OF CHESTNUTS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 salmon files (100g each fillet).
  • 7 Brazil nuts.
  • 4 basil leaves.
  • 1 clove minced garlic.
  • 1 tbsp of flour.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In a processor, place the nuts, basil, garlic, flour and salt and mash until the nuts are in small pieces.
Season the fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover them with the nuts and bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
