Guacamole With Protein Powder


  • 1 ripe small avocado
  • 1 tomato without skin and without seed
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 level tablespoon (6g) Protein Powder
  • Salt, pepper and chopped cilantro to taste
  • 1 slice of whole grain bread (one for each serving)

Method of preparation:

Open avocado in half and remove the stone. Cut the pulp into pieces and place them in a container. Chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic clove and pepper into very small pieces. Add to avocado and mash until paste (the more homogeneous the better). Add Protein Powder and mix well. Season with the lemon, salt and chopped cilantro. Reserve. Use a rolling pin to make the slice of bread thinner. Cut each one in half diagonally, and then cut each triangle in half. Toast the small triangles in the oven and serve with the guacamole.
