FITNESS SUFFLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 egg whites.
  • 1 tablespoon shredded chicken (braised).
  • 1 cup of boiled broccoli (steamed or sauteed).
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese.
  • 1 tbsp of light ricotta cream or zero fat curd.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sesame to decorate.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Beat all ingredients (except sesame) in a blender.
Transfer the mixture to ramekins (small ceramic pot, specific for souffles) previously greased with sunflower / coconut oil or olive oil
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown for approximately 35 minutes.
Add the sesame seeds on top.
