Fitness Cookies


  • 1 cup rice flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of golden flaxseed flour;
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch;
  • 3 tbsp sucralose;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened grated coconut;
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Method of preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding one by one and stirring well to form a dough.
When you start loosening your hands, arrange the dough on a clean, floured surface and cut into a cookie or other shape you prefer.
Lay the cookies side by side in a greased baking tray 2 cm apart. Bake in medium oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Wait for it to cool and serve.
